Homeopathy in PMS and menstrual pain

Homeopathy and menstrual pain - does it fit? Almost every woman knows pain before and during the period. But while some just feel a slight tug in the abdomen, the days are a real torture to others. Spasmodic abdominal pain, migraine attacks, circulatory problems and mood swings accompany the menstruation in many women. To alleviate these symptoms, sufferers often swallow painkillers or even hormones. But there is a gentler way to make the period more bearable: Used properly, homeopathy can significantly reduce PMS symptoms. It only depends on defining the complaints accurately and then applying the right globules.

Homeopathy: application and field of application

Homeopathic remedies act on the principle of similarity. So you treat something similar with something similar and thus in the healthy produce exactly the symptoms that are to be cured in the patient. At the same time, however, homeopathy surprisingly effectively helps many sufferers alleviate the symptoms.

It is difficult to find just the right kind of globules. This requires the patient to describe his symptoms in detail and accurately. If the right remedy is found, the dosage and the intake rhythm also play an important role in homeopathy. The globules should either melt on the tongue or be dissolved in a glass of water. Whisk the water with the beads vigorously with a wooden or plastic spoon. You should refrain from coffee and toothpaste.
